Secretary-General welcomed H.E. Chhiv Yiseang, Under-Secretary of State, Kingdom of Cambodia to OPDC

On August 27^th, 2018, Mr. Pakorn Nilprapunt, Secretary-General of
OPDC welcomed Cambodia delegation leaded by H.E. Chhiv Yiseang, Under-Secretary
of State and President of National Institute of Diplomacy
and International Relations (NIDIR). The group visited OPDC to learn and share
for the policy and guideline about Thai civil servant’s capacity development
which would be beneficially applied in Cambodia under the cooperated project of
Thai-Cambodia Institute of Foreign Affairs.
